About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team at Safeguard Global. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate facilitation of customer payrolls.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple customers in a payroll/HR or project management capacity. They will be responsible for day-to-day management of customers, providing excellent service, and timely and accurate facilitation of customer payrolls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure timely and accurate facilitation of customer payrolls
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement process changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
