In your role as a Program Advisor, you will contact warm leads via phone and email to provide personalized advice on how our world-class education can help potential students achieve their career objectives.

You will advise career changers on how our education can launch them into high-growth careers.

Your responsibilities include building and managing a pipeline of qualified leads interested in our programs, providing customized information to potential students via phone and email, guiding learners through the enrolment process, and adhering to our sales strategy.

  • Provide personalized advice to potential students on how our programs can help them achieve their career goals.
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified leads that are interested in our programs.
  • Guide learners through the enrolment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.

Key qualifications include being self-driven, comfortable with making multiple calls per day, generating interest and awareness, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
