Program Development Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for the design and execution of educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and delivery of high-impact educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials for each program.
  • Liaise with internal departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure effective communication with participants, mentors, and partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to inform decision-making.
  • Manage databases, generate reports, and maintain documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
  • Develop outreach materials, reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates to promote program success.
  • Collaborate with design and media teams to ensure branding consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Work with IT and platform vendors to manage LMS, registration portals, and feedback tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during program rollout to minimize disruptions.
  • Conduct surveys, feedback analysis, and program impact assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend changes based on participant and stakeholder input to enhance program effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Management, or Social Sciences.
  • At least 2 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in education or outreach.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and LMS/project management tools.
