About this role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support strategic initiatives through high-impact presentation development, executive-level reporting, and coordination across multiple business units.

This individual will play a key role in enabling visibility, alignment, and execution support for senior leadership.

This role will receive hands-on mentorship and offers opportunities to take on increasing scope based on demonstrated performance and ownership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and formatting executive-level PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings, board sessions, and internal reviews with strong structure, messaging, and visual polish.
  • Working closely with senior leadership to gain proficiency in presentation content development and storytelling.
  • Tracking and compiling customer engagement activity across all businesses to provide a consolidated view for senior leadership.
  • Coordinating and compiling weekly reports from cross-functional stakeholders into a single, polished report that meets time and quality expectations for CEO-level distribution.
  • Supporting cross-functional program tracking and executive coordination activities.

Requirements

  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations.
  • High attention to detail and quality standards in both content and formatting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill and structure information for executive audiences.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and dependable in managing inputs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and handling sensitive or high-visibility workstreams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Engineering or a technical discipline.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in program coordination, strategy support, consulting, or similar roles.
  • Experience working on executive-facing materials or reporting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
