Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of our education program in Fazilika, Punjab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rural development and experience in managing educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement project plans to achieve quality support program objectives in assigned states.
  • School Infrastructure and Facilities: Ensure optimization of school usage and improvement of infrastructure, including toilets, libraries, computer labs, science labs, and classrooms.
  • Critical Processes Activation: Activate various critical processes in schools, such as sports, assemblies, schedules, libraries, student committees, forums, teacher professional development, and other student-centered activities and events.
  • Academic and Co-Scholastic Operations: Ensure smooth academic and co-scholastic operations, including sports days, annual days, republic days, community volunteering, parent-teacher meetings, and other events throughout the year.
  • Budget Management and Reporting: Assist in formulating the Annual Operating Plan, submitting monthly budget provisions, and monitoring daily expenses for the region.
  • Recruitment Support: Support the recruitment of Academic Mentors/Trainers in consultation with HR.
  • Networking and Liaison: Network and liaise with stakeholders, including communities, parents, government bodies, and authorities, to build and nurture long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: MSW, MBA, or Postgraduate degree in Rural Development.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in implementing education programs.
