Description:

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections
  • Take accurate orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including table setup and cleanliness
  • Analyze guest needs and preferences to provide personalized service
  • Upsell menu items and suggest pairings to enhance the dining experience
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage service or hospitality operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed knowledge of basic F&B service etiquette and order-taking protocols
  • Presentation and grooming standards that reflect the company's image
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
