Role Overview:
This key leadership position requires a seasoned professional to oversee the development of organizational practices in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and update HR policies and frameworks aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Drive governance processes to ensure alignment between HR practices and strategic goals.
- Manage grievance redressal mechanisms to promote fairness and transparency across the organization.
- Oversee performance management systems, including goal-setting, reviews, and appraisals.
- Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence across the organization.
- Foster a culture of employee engagement, motivation, and continuous learning.
- Lead HR audits, MIS reporting, and ensure timely closure of HR-related processes.
- Manage and mentor the HR team to deliver efficient and effective HR services.
Requirements:
- MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2–4 years in a managerial role within a mid-sized organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliance, and grievance handling.
- Proven experience in performance management, policy governance, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Office tools.
