Job Title: Civil Engineer - BIM Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer - BIM Specialist to join our team in India. As a key member of our Bridges and Civils department, you will be responsible for coordinating with project managers and engineers to deliver high-quality engineering drawings for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide guidance and knowledge to junior team members and work towards competence enhancement of other technicians within the team.
* Coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for draughting work in a given project.
* Work on detailed drawings for a range of projects and mentor other members of the drafting team in accomplishing complex tasks.
* Ensure technical correctness (checking) and timely delivery of the drawings and 3D Tekla model.
* Assist the project team in developing and implementing draughting standards.
* Assist in improving the efficiency and productivity of the drafting team.
* Communicate training and development needs to the supervisor.
* Exercise self-discipline and work ethics.
* Respect and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

* B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
* Trained professional with more than 3 years of experience.
* Knowledge of advance Tekla modeling and drawings tools like template settings and custom components.
* Experience on international projects.
* Knowledge on modeling and detailing of concrete bridges.
* Self-motivated, team player, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
* Flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines, can be relied on to meet deadlines.
