We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in India. As a key member of our Bridges & Civils department, you will be responsible for coordinating with project managers and engineers to deliver high-quality engineering drawings for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and knowledge to junior engineers and work towards competence enhancement of other team members.
- Coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for draughting work in assigned projects.
- Work on detailed drawings for a range of projects and mentor other members of the drafting team in accomplishing complex tasks.
- Ensure technical correctness and timely delivery of drawings and 3D Tekla models.
- Assist the project team in developing and implementing draughting standards.
- Improve the efficiency and productivity of the drafting team.
- Communicate training and development needs to supervisors.
- Exercise self-discipline and work ethics.
- Respect and follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with more than 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of advanced Tekla modeling and drawings tools, including template settings and custom components.
- Experience with international projects and knowledge of steel and concrete detailing standards.
- Self-motivated, team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible attitude with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
