We are seeking a talented Civil Engineering Design Specialist to join our REC department in Gurgaon.

**Job Description:**
As a Civil Engineering Design Specialist, you will be part of a world-class, innovation-driven engineering design centre owned by an independent trust and its employees. REC is a highly sophisticated center of engineering excellence, working in partnership with all our established offices globally. You will be responsible for providing guidance and knowledge to juniors, working towards competence enhancement of other technicians within the team. You will also coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for draughting work in a given project, and work on detailed drawings for a range of projects, mentoring other members of the drafting team in accomplishing complex tasks.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Provides guidance and knowledge to juniors and works towards competence enhancement of other technicians within the team
  • Coordinates with project managers and/or engineers for draughting work in a given project
  • Works on detailed drawings for a range of projects and mentors other members of the drafting team in accomplishing complex tasks
  • Responsible for technical correctness (checking) and timely delivery of the drawings and 3D Tekla model
  • Assists the project team towards developing/implementing draughting standards
  • Assists in improving the efficiency and productivity of the drafting team
  • Communicates the training and development needs to his supervisor
  • Exercises self-discipline and work ethics
  • Respects and follows company policies and procedures

**Requirements:**
  • B.tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Trained Professional with more than 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of advance Tekla modelling and drawings tools like template settings and custom component desirable
  • Should have knowledge of steel and concrete detailing standards
  • Should have experience on international project
  • Knowledge on Modelling and detailing of concrete Bridges desirable
  • Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines can be relied on to meet deadlines
