Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control measures, coordinating construction inspections, and ensuring that all projects meet or exceed contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement quality control measures across various projects
  • Coordinate construction inspections and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
  • Perform on-site field observations of installed work, including concrete, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, and finishing
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure awareness of quality and specific responsibilities among personnel
  • Manage and track quality metrics, recommend corrective actions, and update management information systems (MIS)
  • Prepare project inspection test plans and method statements, and conduct quality checks on final products
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of concrete mix design and experience in civil, architectural, and external facade construction
  • Experience in managing and tracking quality metrics, and developing training programs
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
