Job Title: QA Manager

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality control, with experience in ensuring the highest standards of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test lubricants, greases, specialty oils, waxes, solvents, and other materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Inspect raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to identify any defects or quality issues.
  • Participate in internal safety audits and calibration of instruments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees on quality standards and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch manufacturing records (BMRs), and other relevant documents.
  • Support production teams by providing analytical support and expertise.
  • Prepare and submit reports on quality performance, including metrics and trends analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and procedures, including statistical process control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
