As a seasoned procurement professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of purchase requisitions and contracts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and validate purchase requisitions with 100% accuracy to minimize errors and optimize business outcomes.
  • Leverage data analysis to identify root causes of delayed PRs and develop actionable strategies to reduce cycle times.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Promote cost reduction initiatives and support vendor selection processes to enhance operational excellence.
  • Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities to foster their growth and success.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5-7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracting, and operational excellence. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution, minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement operations and sourcing, and at least 3 years of managing teams.

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement operations and sourcing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in team management.
  • Familiarity with eProcurement tools such as Ariba, SAP, or Oracle.
