Supply Chain Planning Professionals play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions for clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). This remote work position requires business travel to collaborate directly with clients, understand their business needs, and configure effective supply chain planning solutions.

As a member of our team, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions, support data integration, and ensure clients gain measurable value from their investments. Your collaboration with solution architects and senior consultants is vital to delivering high-quality solutions that optimize supply chain operations.

  • Work closely with clients to comprehend their business requirements and collaborate with project teams to configure solutions accordingly.">
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and the functionality of their source systems.">
  • Support solution architects in designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.">
  • Support validation and testing of the solution, capture user feedback, and perform data management and data integration-related activities.">

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 1-5 years' experience in supply chain planning or related fields.">
  • An academic degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or operations research with an excellent academic record.">
  • Certification as Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory; higher certifications are desirable.">
  • Capability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide or support expected functionalities.">
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.">
