Site Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our growing team at Aldecor interiors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Interiors, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage different aspects of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Organize materials, ensure sites are safe and clean, and prepare cost estimates.
  • Technical Advice: Provide suggestions for improvement on particular projects and diagnose/troubleshoot equipment as required.
  • Negotiation and Authorization: Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best contracts and authorize technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Scheduling and Communication: Draw up work schedules, communicate adjustments to crew members and clients, and gather data to compile reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in Interiors, especially in Commercial spaces.
  • A driver's license.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
  • Strong knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design principles.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will possess outstanding analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure. They will also have great written and verbal communication skills, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
