We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and administration.

About the Role
  • This role will involve handling all HR and administration-related tasks, including recruitment, employee records, and documentation.
  • You will be the first point of contact for all HR & Admin-related queries, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, offer letters, and experience letters.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Handle attendance and track leave records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records, maintaining confidentiality and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR & Admin-related queries.
  • Assist in the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Administer HR-related documentation.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes.

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled HR professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HR software systems.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and approach to work.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them in a practical context.
