As a seasoned Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our omni-channel systems.

About the Role:

The Xstore POS application is a complex system requiring specialized knowledge to support. With most of our markets on Oracle XStore 21 software, we are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst who can analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration with our systems.

A Day in the Life:
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for the POS application.
  • Develop business cases, including cost/benefit analysis, for strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Guarantee production data accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness for guest and employee profiles, transactions, etc.
  • Build and optimize monitoring and alerting capabilities across multiple integrations, not limited to POS.
  • Automate report generation in Power BI, Splunk, etc., to get meaningful KPIs.
  • Understand the architecture of applications and the technology stack to recommend appropriate strategies to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, QA testers, and IT support staff.
  • Analyze real/actual data for business reporting, project decision-making, and production issues troubleshooting.
