Dynamic Retail Transformation Consultant

This is a results-driven role that requires an individual to lead business transformation initiatives across retail operations.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving customer engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops to understand client pain points, business processes, reporting & dashboarding needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Identify feature/reporting/dashboarding gaps and collaborate with technical teams to configure and deploy systems aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, operations, and IT teams, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Train super users of our clients on the platform and explain the support mechanism and set cadences for support/business-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations: POS, loyalty, CRM, inventory, and customer experience.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
