Digital Transformation Consultant

This position is part of a digital transformation career; India Center of Excellence and involves working with clients to deliver Workday solutions. The consultant will lead small implementation projects, manage workload for the team, assist team members in all phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with the greater project team, provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.
The consultant will be responsible for:
- Developing complex configuration for clients and leads, managing data transformation and performing EIB Data loads;
- Leading and involving in Data conversion Activities pertaining to Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll;
- Providing leadership and key stakeholders with information and venues to make effective, timely decisions.
- Requirements gathering, definition, investigating business/technical requirements for client's Absence or Time Tracking needs;
- Designing Workday solution to meet client's needs, conducting sessions with client personnel to verify required aspects of concerned Module;
- Configuring based on filled Workbook, performing self-reviews and smoke testing of work delivered and reviewing peer's work;
- Assisting clients with testing of concerned Functional Module, identifying scope, scope gaps, and getting them addressed.
- Excellent technical & functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations;
- Thorough knowledge of Workday Configuration Build and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training;
- Strong expertise in Workday at least of the Module - Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll;
- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
