About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Training Professional to oversee end-to-end training for Beauty Advisors, field sales teams, and retail partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing sell-through, service standards, and launch preparedness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive curricula and standard operating procedures for product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, visual merchandising basics, and claims guardrails (excluding medical claims).
  • Develop diverse content formats: decks, playbooks, 2-minute WhatsApp videos, role-plays, quizzes (in Hindi and English).
  • Design engaging training programs, including train-the-trainer sessions, field coaching, and roadshows.
  • Collaborate with New Product Development and Research & Development teams to translate INCI and benefits into accurate demos; ensure compliant claims.
  • Establish Learning Management Systems (LMS) and trackers; publish training calendars; report impact through dashboards.
  • Manage regional trainers; onboard channel trainers; manage external academies and vendors.
  • Oversee training expenses and vendor service level agreements.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in beauty/personal care retail training; led pan-India TTT programs.
  • Strong grasp of makeup and skincare; able to explain INCI and shade science simply.
  • Bilingual: fluent in Hindi and English; confident facilitator and on-camera presenter.
  • Data-driven; advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiar with LMS software.
  • Flexible schedule; high comfort level with travel.
  • Preferred qualifications include MT/EBO experience, cosmetology certification, or basic visual merchandising knowledge.

Hiring Notes:

  • Pure L&D profiles may require coaching on retail dynamics.
  • Ex-Beauty Advisors/Counter Leads possess strong field intuition; assess their content creation and analytics capabilities.
