We are looking for an experienced IT professional to fill a Site Reliability Engineer position.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to work proactively to drive system reliability and performance.

  • Achieve system reliability through automation, cloud infrastructure, and observability solutions.
  • Drive system performance by combining technical depth with a proactive mindset.
Required Skills:Cloud & Automation
  • Prior experience with Python for cloud service automation is highly desirable.
  • Skills in integrating cloud services into monitoring systems are also essential.
Infrastructure Management
  • A strong background in Terraform for cross-cloud infrastructure deployment is required.
  • Infrastructure as Code expertise is also necessary.
Cloud Architecture Knowledge
  • Proficiency with resilient design patterns including failover and disaster recovery is required.
  • Practical experience with multi-cloud environments (primarily GCP and Azure) is highly desirable.
Monitoring Systems
  • A comprehensive understanding of observability frameworks is essential.
  • The ability to implement monitoring as code is also required.
  • Experience with Dynatrace, Elastic, Splunk, and PagerDuty is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of integrating observability tools to enhance reliability is also necessary.
Logging & Alert Systems
  • Proficiency with Splunk and native cloud logging solutions is required.
Deployment Pipelines
  • Jenkins and Groovy implementation experience is highly desirable.
  • A strong CI/CD pipeline background is also necessary.
Problem-Solving & Security
  • Advanced troubleshooting capabilities are required.
  • Security vulnerability remediation experience is also necessary.
  • Networking fundamentals are highly desirable.
  • Security compliance knowledge (including Azure VM vulnerability assessment) is also required.
