Find the right balance between innovation and execution as a key member of our Research and Development team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to gain a deep understanding of the function and physical behavior of loading conditions for given parts and assemblies, and to identify the appropriate sensors and instruments required for data acquisition.

You will utilize cutting-edge tools and equipment to acquire necessary data on vehicles' systems and sub-systems according to project requirements. Additionally, you will need to interpret and report acquired data in a clear and concise manner tailored to the needs of various teams.

A Typical Day:

  1. Determine the optimal sensors and/or instruments required for data acquisition based on project specifications.
  2. Ensure that all instrumentation and vehicles are ready for data collection purposes.
  3. Analyze the collected data and present it in a format that meets end-user requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Product development expertise in two-wheeled vehicles like scooters, motorcycles, and step-through vehicles.
  • Familiarity with various sensors, instruments, data acquisition systems, and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Experience working with data acquisition equipment such as HBK eDAQ, Siemens LMS, and analysis software like nCode Glyphworks, Siemens Test express, and Test Lab.
  • Strong foundation in mechanical design principles, fatigue analysis, mechanical vibrations, solid mechanics, and material science.
  • Team player with a willingness to adopt new approaches, flexibility, and a dynamic work style.
