Data Science Expert

We're seeking a skilled data science professional to lead our efforts in unlocking business value from complex data sets. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze investor and partner data, develop predictive models, and drive informed decision-making.

  • Analyze investor behavior and distribution partner data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Develop advanced models for investor segmentation, churn prediction, and customer lifetime value estimation.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness, optimize targeting strategies, and enhance personalization through data-driven insights. Collaborate with the MIS team to design dashboards and reports that provide actionable recommendations.
  • Implement text mining and sentiment analysis on investor feedback, social media, and complaint data. Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in data science, analytics, or risk modeling in the financial services sector (mutual funds, banking, lending).
  • Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization, with strong understanding of financial services, customer behavior analytics, and risk modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and SAS, as well as databases like SQL Server and MongoDB.
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into clear business strategies.
