As Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for defining the technical vision and architecture of AI-driven marketing automation platforms. You'll design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems integrated with APIs from leading platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.

You will evaluate and implement ML/AI models for optimization, targeting, and performance prediction, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product ideation and feature development. Key responsibilities include driving business outcomes through technical excellence, instilling a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring compliance with ad platform policies and data protocols.

Additionally, you will lead the integration with ad platforms, design systems for large-scale media and performance data processing, ensure robust cloud architecture and infrastructure reliability, and optimize infrastructure costs for scalability.

Collaborate with founders, investors, clients, and sales teams to align tech priorities with business objectives, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in software engineering, ideally with 3+ years in a leadership role at a product or SaaS company. They should have a strong understanding of AdTech/MarTech platforms, experience building tools for digital advertising, and deep expertise in backend systems, cloud, API integration, and modern tech stacks.
