Project Coordinator Role Overview

This position plays a pivotal role in the execution and delivery of projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

  • Coordinate internal projects across Engineering, Operations, and R&D teams.
  • Track progress, deadlines, deliverables, and risks associated with projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, and reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Organize meetings, prepare minutes of meeting (MoMs), and follow up on action items to drive timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to foster collaboration and open communication.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks is an added advantage.
