Treasury Operations Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will play a critical role in managing our company's financial transactions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing cash and position reconciliations across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Executing internal transfers and monitoring payment processing to maintain high standards of compliance and accuracy.
  • Overseeing SWIFT transactions and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve efficiency.
  • Providing support for FX transactions and related treasury operations to drive business growth.
  • Identifying process gaps and contributing to efficiency improvements within the cash management function.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in cash management, treasury, or derivatives operations.
  • Strong understanding of margin models, collateral management, and reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of financial products – derivatives (futures, forwards, options, swaps), FX, and related instruments.
  • Hands-on experience with payment systems and settlement processes.
  • Exposure to KYC requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools; familiarity with treasury/settlement systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
