  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding in addressing client concerns and objections.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance performance and productivity.
