Insurance Branch Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Life Insurance Agency Channel and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can motivate and direct a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy distribution base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the team, providing guidance on channel expertise, product knowledge, and market trends.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and create personalized development plans to enhance employee productivity.
• Sales & Team Management: Maximize sales revenue by motivating the team, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality agency management from lead generation to business conversion.
• Recruitment: Identify and attract top Financial Consultants (FCs) from the market, developing them into Business Leaders (BLs) to expand our distribution network.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: A graduate degree is mandatory.
• Experience: Proven experience in the insurance industry (agency or direct channel), with a strong background in team-handling roles.
• Skills: Demonstrated success and stability, with a strong track record of achievement.
• Communication: Proficiency in English and local language is essential.
