Corporate Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
About the JobThe Compliance Specialist will be responsible for:
- Monitoring ongoing compliance and reporting as required under SEBI AIF and PMS regulation;
- Liaising with regulators and other external parties for various regulatory requirements;
- Coordinating with internal departments to provide guidance on compliance-related matters;
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of compliance activities and documentation;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written);
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel);
- Relevant certification such as NISM Series-III-A: Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Non-Fund) Certification Examination;
- Graduate/Post Graduate with Degree in Law is preferred;
