Senior Talent Manager

As a seasoned professional in talent management, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a dynamic and innovative team.

  • Recruit exceptional individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments

  • Build and maintain relationships with trusted freelancers and external collaborators

You will also contribute to the development of research-driven campaign strategies, idea decks, and project support. This role requires a strategic thinker with 3-5 years of experience in HR/People & Culture roles, preferably in creative agencies or production houses. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, approachability, empathy, and a solution-driven mindset.

  • Talent Acquisition: Full-cycle hiring for full-time, interns, and freelancers
  • Onboarding & Culture: Designing engaging onboarding experiences and maintaining a strong creative culture
  • Training & Development: Creating skill-based workshops, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
  • Creative Ops: Contributing to the development of idea decks, campaign presentations, and supporting producers on projects
  • Freelancer Pool Management: Building and maintaining a reliable network of external creative talent
  • Conflict & People Management: Maintaining harmony and energy within the team
