Chief Talent Curator

We are seeking a People and Culture Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires someone who can manage the intersection of human resources and creative operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles, preferably in creative agencies or production houses.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences.
• Provide training and development opportunities to support the growth and success of our team members.
• Manage freelancer pools and relationships with external creative partners.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment by addressing conflicts and providing coaching and feedback.

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent management strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
