IT Support Professional

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong background in incident management and service desk operations, with expertise in utilizing Service Now platform to track, manage and report incidents and service requests.

  • Manage and resolve IT incidents efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to business operations by implementing effective processes and utilizing the latest technology.
  • Develop and maintain Windows-based systems to ensure optimal performance and security, overseeing networking infrastructure to guarantee reliable connectivity and data flow.
  • Deliver remote desktop support to users ensuring seamless access to necessary resources, collaborating with teams to enhance service delivery and optimize IT processes.
  • Analyze incident trends to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive measures, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in the cards and payments domain.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on IT systems and tools, monitoring system performance and implementing necessary upgrades and patches.
  • Support hybrid work models by ensuring secure and efficient remote access solutions, enabling employees to work effectively from anywhere.

Key Qualifications:

  • Possess strong expertise in incident management and service desk operations, with experience in utilizing Service Now platform.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Windows systems and networking infrastructure, with the ability to develop and maintain effective systems.
  • Have solid experience in remote desktop support and troubleshooting, with excellent communication skills for user support and team collaboration.
  • Show understanding of the cards and payments domain and its IT requirements, with the ability to adapt to changing technologies.
  • Display ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with a focus on security and efficiency.
  • Bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze incident trends and implement proactive measures.
