Job Summary:

  • As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of Rapido’s business growth by leveraging data-driven insights.

We are India's largest bike-taxi platform and we're expanding into new markets. Our team is growing rapidly and we need someone who can help us make informed decisions quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Acquire data from primary/secondary sources like mongo/presto/Rest APIs and use visualizations to communicate insights to key decision-makers.
  • Business Partnerships: Collaborate with operations/business teams to consult on KPIs, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Partner with business owners + product folks to analyze experiments and recommend next best actions for the business.
  • Critical Driver Identification: Establish relationships between output metrics and its drivers in order to identify critical drivers and control them.
