Job Overview

The successful Business Analyst will leverage their analytical expertise to drive strategic decision making by aggregating data from multiple sources. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and developing data-driven solutions to foster business growth.
  2. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.
  3. Analyzing complex business problems and communicating insights to key stakeholders and business leaders.
  4. Partnering with marketing teams to develop metrics and analytics necessary for evaluation and implementation.

Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in taxation, finance or a related field, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
  • Experience with SQL, including querying and data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
