Job Overview

This role is focused on driving strategic financial planning and analysis across the organization.

  • Lead the development of accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive standardization initiatives.
  • Analyze variances in financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Mentor and train team members on standard FP&A principles and operating procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
  • Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
