Cost Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to accurately predict and prepare detailed cost estimates.

  • Job Description:
  • Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to identify project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for Civil / Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Use measurement methods to assess quantities accurately.
  • Proficiency in working with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and related software is required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years of technical delivery experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills are essential.
  • A team player with a 'can-do' attitude and excellent organizational skills is required.
