We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a consulting role, working with clients and teams across various regions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and technical expertise in ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participating in client workshops and requirement gathering
  • Providing solutions and implementation of client solutions
  • Adhering to ServiceNow technical best practices and standards

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow design and development within a client-facing role environment. Hands-on experience beyond ITSM into ITOM, Project Portfolio Management, HR Management, Field Service Management is also required.

A solid understanding of requirements gathering, process documentation, solution designs, and detailed requirements is essential for this role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer presentation skills are also necessary.
