ServiceNow Technical Consultant Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ServiceNow implementations based on business process requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using scripting (JavaScript), workflow, and other development techniques.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to Business Process Consultants.
  • Responsible for leading technical implementations, providing technical design lead and mentoring junior members of the team.
  • Hands-on skills and/or experience in Web Technologies (e.g., Javascript, SOAP/REST web services, XML & JSON, Angular.js).

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in the ServiceNow Application Development.
  • Proven experience in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform and expertise on 4-5 applications ranging from FSM & CSM, SPM, ITAM, Now App Engine and Portals.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and support to Business Process Consultants.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, scripting, and web development.
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes and ITIL framework.
