Lead Oracle Fusion Financials Specialist

We are seeking an experienced specialist to drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM and FA modules. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch solutions to our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to gather business requirements, conduct solutioning sessions and provide recommendations for process improvements. Your exceptional problem-solving skills, paired with your ability to think critically, will enable you to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Oracle Fusion Financials solutions for clients across various industries
  • Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify opportunities for process enhancements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion Financials solutions
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM) and Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Proven track record of defining systems strategy and leading successful project deliveries
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills

You should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to exercise mature judgment, are essential for this role.
