Finance Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Solutions Consultant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results.

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle Financials Cloud solutions that meet business needs, focusing on industry best practices.

  • Design and implement Oracle Financials Cloud solutions that meet business needs, focusing on industry best practices.
  • Lead process design along with client business teams and prepare process flows and solution design documents.
  • Implement functional design integrations with third-party systems.
  • Prepare test scenarios and anchor the testing phases of the project.
  • Oversee data migration activities, ensuring high data integrity and accuracy.

You will collaborate with our internal technical teams and client stakeholders to deliver innovative financial solutions that exceed expectations.

We value expertise, creativity, and strong communication skills, and we expect you to have:

  • At least 2 successful implementations of Oracle Fusion Financials under your belt.
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in two or more of the financial modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Advanced Collections.
  • Optional: Leases/Assets implementation experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex business problems.
  • Oracle certification in these modules is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with client stakeholders and internal technical teams.
  • Experience and willingness to work in an onsite-offshore model.
  • Qualification: CA/ICWA/CS, MBA in Finance.
