We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in finance systems to take on a critical role at our organization.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will play a key part in enhancing financial systems, implementing enterprise resource planning solutions, and building data visualization tools to support real-time financial reporting and decision-making. The selected individual must have excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills to collaborate with the finance team and translate business requirements into system solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain data visualizations for management information systems, financial performance, and operational key performance indicators.
  • Lead or support enterprise resource planning implementation projects and ensure smooth integration with finance processes.
  • Manage finance system-related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.
  • Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
  • Train finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, enterprise resource planning, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong expertise in data visualization (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).
  • Proven track record in enterprise resource planning implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).
  • Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, management information systems, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

While not mandatory, prior experience in a law firm, professional services, or consulting environment is highly desirable. Additionally, exposure to automation of finance workflows and process improvements, as well as experience working with SQL or other data sources for reporting, would be an added advantage.
