Job Summary
- We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead our compensation benchmarking and total rewards programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
About the Role
- As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management processes that drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
- You will conduct regular data collection and analysis to inform compensation decisions, identify trends, and optimize benefits offerings.
Responsibilities
- Manage compensation benchmarking, salary surveys, and total rewards programs.
- Develop and implement performance management processes.
- Collect and analyze data to inform compensation decisions.
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop policies and guidelines.
- Provide expert advice on compensation design and implementation.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking, salary surveys, and total rewards programs.
- Proficiency in generating reports from various sources.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to collect relevant data.
