Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead our compensation benchmarking and total rewards programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.

About the Role

  • As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management processes that drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  • You will conduct regular data collection and analysis to inform compensation decisions, identify trends, and optimize benefits offerings.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proficiency in generating reports from various sources.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to collect relevant data.
