The Role of an Application Support Engineer is a critical position in our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Application Support Engineer.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining the Access Control and CCTV systems' software and hardware. This includes ensuring that all backend systems are up-to-date and running smoothly, providing remote support to internal clients on system configuration, identifying and analyzing system failures, and documenting technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in installing and maintaining Access Control and CCTV systems, CCURE 9000 and CCURE GO software, enterprise CCTV systems like Intellicene, Symphia VMS, Genetec video solutions, Windows Server Operating systems, and SQL. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, technical troubleshooting, and reverse engineering skills are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Access Control and CCTV systems installation and maintenance
  • Knowledge of CCURE 9000 and CCURE GO software and related hardware
  • Experience with enterprise CCTV systems like Intellicene, Symphia VMS, Genetec video solutions
  • Experience in Windows Server Operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2016, 2019)
  • Experience with SQL
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Technical trouble shooting and reverse engineering skills

Working Hours
