Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Operations Technician to join our team. As a key member of the operating room staff, you will be responsible for preparing the room for surgery, ensuring that all necessary equipment is ready and available.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing the room for surgery, including setting up and testing equipment
  • Ensure that surgical equipment and supplies are readily available and properly maintained
  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operation of surgical procedures
  • Transfer patients safely from the operating room to the recovery area
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Operating Room Specialist (CORS)
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
