Join our team to work with a company committed to innovation quality and customer satisfaction With a solid track record of success we provide extensive training opportunities competitive benefits and a collaborative environment where your skills are valued and your career can thrive The RolePosition Overview We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technician to provide high-quality demonstrations and after-sales services for our range of small home appliances including vacuum cleaners juicers soup makers and other devices The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations addressing technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery Key Responsibilities 1 Product Demonstrations Conduct live product demos for customers both in-house and on-site Explain the features benefits and usage of the products in simple terms Train customers on advanced operations and maintenance of the appliances 2 After-Sales Service Perform installation repair and maintenance of small home appliances Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and efficiently Replace or repair defective components under warranty and service agreements 3 Training Support Train home visit technicians and floor technicians on product specifications and service protocols Collaborate with customer service teams to provide insights for resolving customer queries effectively 4 Customer Interaction Liaise with customers to understand their problems and offer tailored solutions Provide recommendations for product care and preventive maintenance Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times 5 Documentation Reporting Record details of service calls repairs and parts replacements Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve product design and service processes Ensure all service activities are logged accurately in the system 6 Technical Expertise Stay updated on the latest features and advancements in small home appliances Suggest improvements in product design or performance based on field experience Technical Skills Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Familiarity with electrical and mechanical components of small appliances Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Additional Requirements Willingness to travel for on-site demos and service visits Valid driving license Proficiency in regional languages is a plus Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Benefits including health insurance travel allowances and training opportunities Ideal Profile Regional Language and English preferred Educational Qualification - Diploma ITI in Electronics Electrical Engineering or a related field Experience - 2 years of experience in technical service or product demonstrations preferably in the home appliances industry Freshers are also considered if interested You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills You have working knowledge of Troubleshooting Repairing Electrical Mechanical Knowledge Product Expertise Customer Service Communication Interpersonal Skills Installation and Maintenance You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You are willing to undertake more than 100 travel What s on Offer Work alongside learn from best in class talent Work within a company with a solid track record of success Excellent career development opportunities
