BIM Project Management Leadership Role

  • Project Management:

  • Client Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.
    • Attend client meetings to understand project requirements, provide updates on progress, and address concerns or inquiries.
    • Collaborate with clients to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Business Development:
    • Participate in business meetings to contribute to the growth and expansion of BIM services.
    • Leverage industry experience to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and showcase advanced BIM capabilities.
    • Collaborate with the business development team to secure new projects.
  • Budget and Timeline Oversight:
    • Exercise meticulous oversight of project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial viability.
    • Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.
    • Maintain rigorous control over project timelines, taking prompt corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Best Practices Implementation:
    • Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management, adhering to relevant industry standards and guidelines.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.
    • Stay abreast of the latest developments in BIM technology and methodologies, incorporating them into project workflows.

Key Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of experience in BIM project management.
  • Proficiency in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
