BIM Modeler

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our organization in the role of BIM Modeler.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed building information modeling (BIM) models for public health projects, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  • Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in BIM modeling with a Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
  • Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Familiarity with Middle East projects is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Drainage, Water Supply, Storm Water & Fire Protection Services.
  • Basic design knowledge regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services is an added advantage.
