Supply Chain Finance Professional
About the RoleThe Relationship Manager Supply Chain Finance will be a key member of our team, driving strategy and execution of SME businesses in the region. They will develop and implement strategic plans aligned with divisional objectives, support workforce development, and manage department operating frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Drive strategy and execution of SME businesses in the region
- Prepare yearly business development plans aligned with the bank's strategy for SME clients
- Achieve targets set in the yearly budget for new and existing clients
- Manage budget and financials related to these targets
- Articulate region-specific strategies for growth of various products offered by the organization
- Liaise with the Product Development Team
- Formulate recruitment and resourcing strategies, including location strategies
- Review and coordinate quality principles and processes
- Sponsor quality standards in management initiatives
- Maintain minimal NPAs in the region
- Govern the implementation of risk-related policies and processes for the department
- Review internal control systems and take corrective action based on audit findings

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies
- Experience in supply chain finance or a related field
- Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
