Solutions Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in presales, solutioning, and consulting for large-scale supply chain outsourcing engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments with clients to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and articulate supply chain service offerings.
  • Present and defend solutions with confidence during client discussions.
  • Prepare detailed estimations and strategies for transitioning clients to new services.
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and provide ongoing support.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives, including developing training modules.
  • Represent the organization in analyst interactions to enhance brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with other service lines to build integrated value propositions.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–15 years of experience in supply chain management, presales, or solutioning roles.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM engagements.
  • Good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across industries.
  • Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models.
  • Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
