
Customer Service Expert

We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team. As a key point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and promoting digital solutions to improve overall service and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be capable of handling customer queries efficiently and empathetically.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing first line support to customers on day-to-day general enquiries
- Coordinating with internal functional teams to meet customer requests accurately and promptly
- Managing customer orders, samples, and complaints in compliance with established policies and best practices
